2023 FBI Honors Internship Program

The 2023 FBI Honors Internship Program is now accepting applications and will close on September 18, 2022. 

The FBI Honors Internship Program (HIP) is the perfect opportunity to set your career in motion. The 10-week, paid internship is ideal for undergraduate students between their junior and senior years, as well as graduate students pursuing a master’s degree, JD, or PhD. The internship is a unique opportunity for students to learn and work alongside our professionals at our Headquarters locations and field offices across the country. 

To apply for the Honors Internship Program, applicants must: 

  • Be a U.S. citizen. 
  • Attend a U.S. accredited college or university full time as an undergraduate, graduate, or post-doctoral student. You are not eligible if you graduate before June 5, 2023. 
  • Have and maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) 
  • Pass all of the FBI employment background investigation requirements and be able to receive a Top Secret Clearance. 
  • You must be able to successfully complete a Top-Secret security clearance background investigation and be located in the continental United States, Hawaii or San Juan for the duration of your background investigation

Virtual Spring 2021 RMU Career and Engagement Fair – February 17th

The virtual Spring 2021 RMU Career and Engagement Fair is being held this Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 11:00am-3:00pm in Handshake.

Over 90 employers are participating from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Student registration is open.

Amazon offers AWS Tech U

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a leader in cloud computing services. Amazon is offering AWS Tech U, a career development program for students and recent graduates who want to advance their technical and business skills. AWS Tech U is now seeking applications.

This unique residency program consists of six months of project-based learning followed by a six-month work assignment in an AWS technical role. Current or former AWS Academy students (any students who have taken INFS4460/INFS7460 Cloud Computing & Amazon Web Services at RMU) are invited to explore the open roles and apply today.

Virtual Career Fair, October 1st 12:00 – 4:00 PM

The Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) is hosting our first-ever virtual career fair on October 1st from 12:00 – 4:00 pm in Handshake.

The fair is open to all RMU students and alumni, and we ask that you highly encourage all students to participate.  Even if the student is not actively seeking an internship or career employment, our fair is a magnificent opportunity to start building a relationship with the region’s top organizations.

There are going to be 50 employers registered including several Fortune 500 companies with more registering every day. Along with these great opportunities there is also going to be over 750 chances for you to do one-on-one interviews.

These events run as a “first come, first serve” so we recommend that you register as soon as possible to secure a spot.
