Provide support to end users of PLS Logistics Services’ computing resources and function as a highly effective member of the IT team.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Contributing to process improvement, and user requirements gathering efforts
• Attending stakeholder meetings and recording meeting minutes
• Performing peer review of team work products
• Shadow management team to learn about business drivers

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled, Junior/Senior, in a post-secondary academic institution with significant coursework in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Ability to shadow Project Management and Product Owner staff in support of data gathering, reporting/analysis, and assessment projects.
• Familiarity with Project Management Processes/Lifecycle
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle within an Agile/Kanban environment
• Prefer strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled, Junior/Senior, in a post-secondary academic institution with significant coursework in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Good communicator (verbal and written)
• Collaborative team player
