TSC Presents: Technology Careers at PNC Bank – Tuesday, September 19th

On Tuesday, September 19th, recruiters from PNC Bank will be on campus to meet with RMU students about potential job and internship opportunities. Through this event, students can learn about the technology internships and various programs at PNC. The event will take place in the Wheatley Atrium from 4:30PM to 5:45PM.

Risk Assessment for TEKsystems

Top Three Skills:
1) Conduct Information Risk Assessments as assigned to the team. Request and analyze documentation necessary to perform appropriate assessment and conduct necessary interviews in order to collect and review relevant materials necessary to produce results of the assessment.
2) Clearly and concisely document and communicate risk assessment results with requestor, security architects and management, as appropriate. (Be able to be that liason between the business and technical people).
3) Conduct and formulate appropriate risk scoring, as it relates to threat, vulnerability, likelihood, impact, security controls/counter-measures, etc. (Rank risk/inherent risk score).

Looking for an individual to come in with an information security background to look at documentation, review findings, and write risk assessments. This person will act as the liason between technical people and the business as they analyze data and rank risk based on their findings. Preferred knowledge of the HITRUST framework is encouraged, not required.

Qualifications:
1) Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people.

Network Engineer Intern with IntegraONE

IntegraONE is looking for a Network Engineering Intern to work form them during the summer. This is a full-time internship that will take place from May through August with the opportunity to continue part time in the fall, from August through December.

Responsibilities:

As the summer Network Engineer intern, you will assist the integraONE network engineering team. This is an entry level engineer position that will give you the experience in deploying and maintaining SMB and enterprise level infrastructure. You will be working with switches, routers, servers, SANs and varies wireless technologies. This position will be 90% travel within 75 miles of an integraONE office.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Previous work experience with related technologies
  • Firm knowledge of computer networking or computer science
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

Help Desk Intern with IntegraONE

IntegraONE is looking for a help desk intern to work with them during the summer. This is a full-time internship from May through August with the opportunity to continue part time in the fall, August through December.

As the summer IT Help Desk intern, you will help the call center of the integraONE Help Desk. This is an entry level IT position that will give you experience in PC application, computer hardware, troubleshooting skills, and interaction within the business. This position will be 90% answering Help Desk calls with basic first call resolution.

IT Intern for Automated Health Systems
