American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an Information Technology Intern to work for them from June 2018 through August 2018. Interns will be strategically placed in a specific IT department at American Eagle based upon skills and business needs. The departments include: Business Intelligence, Customer Systems & Applications, Technical Infrastructure, and Networking. Each intern will be assigned a project to be completed and presented by the end of the internship. A Coach and Mentor will also be assigned to help with the project.

• Strong organizational, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Must accommodate living and working in Pittsburgh, PA for 10 weeks June-August 2018

IntegraONE is looking for a Network Engineering Intern to work form them during the summer. This is a full-time internship that will take place from May through August with the opportunity to continue part time in the fall, from August through December.

Responsibilities:

As the summer Network Engineer intern, you will assist the integraONE network engineering team. This is an entry level engineer position that will give you the experience in deploying and maintaining SMB and enterprise level infrastructure. You will be working with switches, routers, servers, SANs and varies wireless technologies. This position will be 90% travel within 75 miles of an integraONE office.

As the summer IT Help Desk intern, you will help the call center of the integraONE Help Desk. This is an entry level IT position that will give you experience in PC application, computer hardware, troubleshooting skills, and interaction within the business. This position will be 90% answering Help Desk calls with basic first call resolution.
