As an IT Services intern, you’ll have the opportunity to problem solve user level desktop and network support issues with our team of full-time IT professionals. One minute you’ll be troubleshooting a new technology tool and the next minute you’ll be climbing a ladder and under a desk to get our equipment where it needs to be. IntegraONE is looking for a Network Engineering Intern to work form them during the summer. This is a full-time internship that will take place from May through August with the opportunity to continue part time in the fall, from August through December.

Responsibilities:

As the summer Network Engineer intern, you will assist the integraONE network engineering team. This is an entry level engineer position that will give you the experience in deploying and maintaining SMB and enterprise level infrastructure. You will be working with switches, routers, servers, SANs and varies wireless technologies. This position will be 90% travel within 75 miles of an integraONE office.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Oriented
• Previous work experience with related technologies
• Firm knowledge of computer networking or computer science
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional presentation
• IT or Computer Science related coursework
• 3.0 GPA

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to travel to customer sites
• Must be able to expect diversified work assignments
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
• Must be able to work in various work environments from typical office space to factory environment

IntegraONE is looking for a help desk intern to work with them during the summer. This is a full-time internship from May through August with the opportunity to continue part time in the fall, August through December.

Responsiblities:

As the summer IT Help Desk intern, you will help the call center of the integraONE Help Desk. This is an entry level IT position that will give you experience in PC application, computer hardware, troubleshooting skills, and interaction within the business. This position will be 90% answering Help Desk calls with basic first call resolution.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Oriented
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware and applications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional presentation
• IT Related coursework
• 3.0 GPA

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours)
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (2-4 hours at a time).
• Must have transportation to integraONE office
